Product Warranty

Upon delivery to TERMINUS ACTIONS, money will be credited back in the original currency used at the time of purchase. Return shipping of all “action” returns will paid for by TERMINUS ACTIONS.
100% Lifetime Transferable Warranty: All TERMINUS ACTIONS “actions” include a full lifetime transferable warranty for the life of the product. If there are any malfunctions, breakage, abnormalities in the design or manufacturing, or any other issues that prohibits proper functioning, TERMINUS ACTIONS will replace the action with a similar model or refund the customer for the purchased amount. If you sell or gift the “action”, the warranty will stay with the product, not the customer. Warranty excludes theft, loss, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.
30-Day Apparel Returns: All apparel include a 30 day normal use return policy. If you are unhappy with your product or there is an issue with the proper functioning, fit, or finish of the product, return it for an exchange or complete refund. Item must be unused and in the condition it was received or be used showing signs of a manufacturing defect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns greater than 30 days from the time of purchase are at the sole discretion of TERMINUS ACTIONS.

Upon purchase of any action we request that your FFL of choice email a copy of their signed license to info@terminusactions.com in order for the order to be completed and shipped. All customers are responsible for contacting and supplying the required FFL contact information in order to proceed with the purchase. Upon transfer to the customer supplied FFL holder, TERMINUS ACTIONS is no longer responsible for the item nor the transfer of the item to the customer. The business actions or practices of the customer supplied FFL holder is not the responsibility of TERMINUS ACTIONS. TERMINUS ACTIONS is not liable for any conflict or issue that may arise between the customer and the supplied FFL holder, nor is TERMINUS ACTIONS liable for any issues arising in a required customer background check or transfer disproval thereof.
